[SOCAR TERMINAL JEJU] AI 기반 건축물 영상제작

이번 프로젝트는 쏘카(SOCAR)의 새로운 공간 '쏘카 터미널 제주(SOCAR Terminal JEJU)'의 공간 브랜딩 영상입니다.

"차를 빌리는 곳이 아닌, 여행이 시작되는 곳"
쏘카 터미널 제주는 제주에 도착한 여행자가 가장 먼저 마주하는 공간입니다. 단순히 이동을 위한 장소를 넘어, 여행의 첫 장면이 되는 곳을 지향합니다.

이번 영상은 실제 현장을 촬영한 듯한 공간감과 빛의 질감을 AI 기반 실사형 영상으로 구현했습니다. 건물의 형태를 재현하는 데 그치지 않고, 쏘카가 이 공간에 담고자 한 감성까지 화면에 옮기는 것을 목표로 했습니다.

층층이 겹쳐진 곡선형 외관과 테라스를 두른 초록 식재, 원형 천창 아래 나무가 자라는 중정, 활주로 너머로 이륙하는 비행기까지. 제주의 맑은 하늘빛과 쏘카의 블루 컬러를 중심으로, 햇살이 부드럽게 번지는 밝고 청량한 톤으로 공간의 개방감을 담았습니다.

Hello, this is STUDIO aim.
This project is a space branding film for 'SOCAR Terminal JEJU,' SOCAR's new space in Jeju.

"Not just a place to rent a car, but where the journey begins."
SOCAR Terminal JEJU is the first place travelers encounter when they arrive in Jeju. It aims to be more than a stop for mobility — it is the opening scene of every trip.

Using only a handful of renderings and construction site photographs, we recreated the sense of space and the texture of natural light as if the film had been shot on location, through AI-powered, hyper-realistic video production. Beyond reproducing the building's form, our goal was to bring the emotion SOCAR envisioned for this space onto the screen.

From the layered, curving façade wrapped in greenery to the inner courtyard where a tree grows beneath a circular skylight, and the plane taking off beyond the runway — we captured the openness of the space in a bright, refreshing tone, centered on Jeju's clear sky and SOCAR's signature blue, with sunlight gently diffusing through each scene.
